These Terms cover two things: using this website, hashloom.com (the “Site”), and any travel Hashloom Travel Partner LLP (“Hashloom”, “we”, “us”, “our”) arranges for you after you reach us on WhatsApp, phone, or email. Using the Site, or asking us to arrange travel through us, means you agree to what follows.
Hashloom Travel Partner LLP is a travel agency with two offices:
Reach us on WhatsApp or phone at +48 739 674 748, or by email at connect@hashloom.com.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site and to any flight, hotel, bus, holiday package or custom tour, visa, airport transfer, insurance, corporate, group, student, or religious-tour booking you ask Hashloom to arrange — however the request reaches us: a WhatsApp message started from this Site, a direct WhatsApp or phone conversation, or email. They sit alongside, not instead of, our Privacy Policy and any supplier's own terms (see section 3).
Hashloom acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services supplied by independent third parties — airlines, hotels, bus operators, tour and transfer operators, visa facilitation partners, and insurers. We do not own, operate, or control any aircraft, hotel, vehicle, or other travel service, and we are not the airline, hotel, or operator.
When a booking is confirmed, you also enter into a direct contract with the relevant supplier for that service itself — for example the airline's Conditions of Carriage, or a hotel's own booking and cancellation policy. That supplier's terms govern matters within the supplier's control: fare rules, baggage allowance, schedule changes, cancellation and no-show policy, and refund eligibility. We identify the applicable supplier for your booking, and, wherever the supplier makes them available to us, point you to that supplier's own terms before you confirm.
Because we act as an agent, our responsibility is to arrange your booking with reasonable care and to pass on supplier terms accurately — not to guarantee the performance of the airline, hotel, or operator itself. See section 12 (Limitation of liability).
The Site has no booking engine, shopping cart, or payment page, and does not hold customer accounts. The search tools on the Site (flights, hotels, bus, holidays) only draft a WhatsApp message describing what you are looking for — using one, or tapping any WhatsApp button on the Site, does not send us anything by itself. It opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that only reaches us once you press Send yourself.
From there, a booking is built in steps:
We may decline a request at our discretion — for example if a quoted fare has since sold out or expired, a supplier stops taking new bookings, or we cannot verify details you have given us.
Prices are shown in INR or EUR depending on the market. All quotes are indicative and subject to availability until ticketed or confirmed by the supplier. Airfares, hotel rates, and other supplier prices can change — up or down — between the time we quote you and the time payment is received; taxes, fuel surcharges, and supplier fees are included where stated, but suppliers can revise these without notice.
Where an amount needs to be converted between INR and EUR, we confirm the exchange rate and the currency actually applied to your booking, in writing, before you pay — and that confirmed rate may differ from the rate shown on the Site on any given day.
No payment is collected through the Site. There is no card form, checkout, or payment page on hashloom.com, and you should never be asked to enter card or bank details on the Site itself.
Payment for a confirmed booking is made through a channel we agree with you directly, during the WhatsApp, phone, or email conversation, and confirm with you before you pay. We will tell you the amount due and the deadline before you are asked to pay. Depending on the supplier and fare type, full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
Only pay through the channel actually agreed with you in that conversation. Hashloom will never ask you to pay into a personal account outside that agreed channel.
Once a booking is confirmed, changes and cancellations are governed principally by the relevant supplier's own rules — airline fare rules, hotel cancellation policy, tour or transfer operator terms — which vary by fare type and supplier, and can range from fully refundable to fully non-refundable. We pass on the applicable cancellation and change terms before you pay, wherever the supplier makes them available to us.
Any separate fee Hashloom charges for arranging, amending, or cancelling a booking is quoted to you before you confirm that booking; nothing in these Terms should be read as promising a fee-free change or cancellation.
Where a refund is due, we process it once the supplier actually releases the funds to us. Refund timelines are set by the supplier, not by Hashloom, and we do not control how quickly a supplier pays out.
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, any visa or transit visa required, and any other travel document your itinerary needs, and to meet each destination's entry requirements — including passport validity windows, blank-page requirements, and onward-ticket rules. We offer visa assistance as a paid service (document review, appointment booking, submission support), but the decision to grant, refuse, or delay a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee any visa outcome or processing time. Please double-check the personal and passport details you give us — we are not responsible for errors that result from inaccurate information you supplied.
Vaccination rules, health declarations, and government travel advisories vary by destination and by airline, and can change with little notice. Checking the current requirements for every country on your route — including transit countries — before you travel is your responsibility; we are not able to track every rule for every route in real time.
We recommend travel insurance for every trip and can help you arrange it as a paid add-on. Hashloom is not the insurer: any policy we help arrange is underwritten by a third-party insurer, and cover, exclusions, and claims are decided under that insurer's own policy terms, not by us — the underwriting insurer's details come with your policy documents.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is older, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, to book with us on your own behalf. You can still ask us to arrange travel that includes a minor — a family holiday, student trip, or group or religious tour — but the adult who makes that booking is the one who agrees to these Terms for it, and is responsible for having the authority to book on the minor's behalf.
You agree to:
Hashloom's role is to arrange your travel with reasonable care and skill, and to pass on supplier and fare information accurately as we understand it at the time. Except for loss caused by our own negligence or wilful default in that arranging role, we are not liable for:
Where we are liable for our own negligence in arranging a booking, that liability is capped at the total amount you paid Hashloom for arranging that booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law in India, Poland, or the EU. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under such law that cannot be excluded by agreement — see also section 15.
Neither Hashloom nor a supplier is liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government action, a general travel shutdown or border closure, strikes, or an outage or disruption of WhatsApp, Meta, or another platform we depend on to communicate with you (in practice, WhatsApp is the single channel almost every booking runs through, so a disruption to it disrupts us too).
Where such an event affects a confirmed booking, the supplier's own terms and any statutory passenger or consumer rights that apply (for example EU flight-disruption rules) govern what you are entitled to from the supplier. Where it prevents Hashloom itself from communicating with you or processing a request, we will do what we reasonably can to reach you through an alternative channel, and we will not be liable for delay or failure caused by the disruption itself.
If something goes wrong, contact us first — WhatsApp +48 739 674 748 or email connect@hashloom.com — with your booking reference, and we will acknowledge and try to resolve it directly. Where a complaint is really about a supplier's own service — a delayed flight, a hotel room not matching what was booked, and so on — we will help you raise it with the supplier, since they are the party who provided, and is responsible for, that part of the trip; the supplier's own complaints and compensation process applies alongside ours. The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013, so this document does not link to it. If we can't resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to bring it to a competent consumer or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your own country of residence.
Because Hashloom has an operations office in Poland, EU consumer-protection law can apply to bookings we arrange for consumers in the EU, in addition to these Terms — including, where relevant, the Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 as implemented in Poland. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right under that law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
The ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most online consumer purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to most travel bookings, but for two different reasons. Passenger transport — flights and coach travel — falls outside that Directive's scope almost entirely under Article 3(3)(k), because it is regulated by separate EU passenger-rights law. Accommodation, car hire, catering and leisure services booked for a specific date or period are within scope, but are carved out of the withdrawal right itself by Article 16(l). So booking through us is not like ordering goods online that you can cancel within 14 days for any reason; whether and on what terms you can cancel is instead governed by the supplier's own fare or rate rules (section 7) and, where a booking is a legally defined “package”, the Package Travel Directive protections described below.
Whether a specific trip counts as a “package” under the Directive depends on how it is combined and sold, and changes what Hashloom is obliged to do — a legally defined package carries specific pre-contract information, insolvency-protection, and organiser-liability duties that a simple flight-only or hotel-only agency booking does not. Where a trip we arrange for you meets that definition, as implemented locally, the additional protections the Package Travel Directive provides apply to it.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for EU-based travellers, the GDPR, govern how we handle your personal data — see our Privacy Policy.
These Terms, and any booking Hashloom arranges for you, are governed by the law of the country of the Hashloom office that arranged that booking. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a booking may be brought before the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of the country where you live, where that law would otherwise apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site, or asking us to arrange travel, after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For a booking already confirmed, the Terms in force when you paid continue to apply to that booking.
